The company was started in the early 1990's by Florida Licensed Real estate broker, A. (Al) G. History:

The historic AG Collins Properties Building, located 1/2 block west of the intercoastal waterway, and one mile from the ocean, is on Ormond Beach, Florida's major thoroughfare, Granada Boulevard, - and was built nearly 100 years ago.

The building has served as home base for an earlier prominent Real Estate company and for a Real estate School.
